Single Lane Closure At Lower Ferry
The Ministry of Public Works advised that a single-lane closure will be in effect at Lower Ferry, Harbour Road in Paget, to accommodate retaining wall repair works.
A Government spokesperson said, “This closure will commence on Wednesday, 11 December 2024, and remain in place until Friday, 20 December 2024. Working hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
“Representatives of the Ministry of Public Works will direct traffic control, with barricades, traffic lights, and cones in place to ensure public safety. Motorists are urged to avoid the area and use alternative routes via South Road and Middle Road.
“All necessary measures are being taken to minimise inconvenience. The public’s cooperation is appreciated as these essential repairs are completed. Please refer to the attached notice for more details.”
