Video: Two Assists For Blake Montgomery
Blake Montgomery had two assists in London Knights’ 7-3 win at home to the Marie Greyhounds in the Ontario Hockey League [OHL] yesterday [February 14].
He set up Henry Brzustewicz to make it 4-0. Then, with the score at 6-1 in the second period, Montgomery assisted on Ryder Boulton’s goal.
Montgomery has been in superb form since joining the Knights on an OHL Scholarship and Development Agreement in November.
The forward, who was drafted by National Hockey League [NHL] team the Ottawa Senators in June, spent the past two seasons with the Lincoln Stars of the USHL.
The victory extends the Knights’ lead atop the standings to six points over the Kitchener Rangers with three games in hand.
