Bermudian sailors Rockal Evans and Campbell Patton were among the crew helping Seeking Alpha claim victory in the sixth annual SailFest Newcastle Regatta.
Competing in division two IRC in one of Australia’s oldest and boldest regattas, the Farr 40OD clung onto its overnight lead to claim the win.
Evans played a crucial role on board Seeking Alpha, taking on the demanding mast and strategist responsibilities.
Patton, meanwhile, contributed his strength and agility in the floater/grinding position, ensuring the boat’s efficiency and speed.
