Star Diving Camp Back For The Summer
Olympian Katura Horton-Perinchief will hold her Star Diving Summer Camp at the Aquatics Facility, National Sports Centre, from the weeks of June 30 to July 21.
Since launching the camp in 2014 after the facility opened, Horton-Perinchief has imparted her knowledge and shared her passion for diving with local boys and girls aged 5 to 13.
Participants must be able to swim ten metres unassisted in deep water.
Horton-Perinchief became the first Black woman to compete in Olympic diving at the Athens Games in 2004.
Sessions run from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to noon, costing $175 each week.
