SEL Acquires Ornamental Concrete Products
Surface Experts Ltd. [SEL] – formerly known as the East End Asphalt Company Limited [EEA] – has acquired Bermuda Ornamental Concrete Products.
A spokesperson said, “Surface Experts Ltd., formerly known as the East End Asphalt Company Limited, has recently acquired Bermuda Ornamental Concrete Products.
“Known for its distinctive concrete decorations and wall plaques, Bermuda Ornamental Concrete Products also offers a variety of construction and landscape products including paving stones, curb stones, columns, balustrades and benches.
“Renamed Ornamental Concrete Products Ltd., the acquired company will move from its current location on Vesey Street in Devonshire to SEL’s location at Duck’s Puddle in Hamilton Parish on June 1, 2025.
“The acquisition supports the expansion of the SEL brand as the fully Bermudian-owned subsidiary of Polaris Holding Company Ltd. diversifies and expands its offerings.”
Polaris Holding Company Ltd. CEO Randy Rochester said, “Bermuda Ornamental Concrete Products has served Bermuda for nearly four decades, and we are pleased to add this company to the SEL brand. We are currently in a two-month transition period, after which, we look forward to serving Ornamental Concrete Products Ltd. customers at our Duck’s Puddle location.”
