Hopkins & Narraway Compete In Time Trial
Kaden Hopkins and Nicholas Narraway took to the course in the Elite Men’s Individual Time Trial at the 2025 Pan American Road Championships in Punta del Este, Uruguay, a day after their compatriot Charlotte Millington competed in the Junior Women’s event.
Both Bermudian riders put in solid efforts over the challenging course. Hopkins clocked a time of 49 minutes and 9.40 seconds, finishing in 7th place. Narraway also produced a strong ride, finishing just behind his teammate in 10th place with a time of 49 minutes and 46.76 seconds.
The gold medal was won by Colombia’s Alejandro Vargas, who set a blistering pace to finish in 46 minutes and 48.39 seconds. His fellow Colombian, Rodrigo Contreras Pinzon, secured the silver medal with a time of 48 minutes and 45.55 seconds. The podium was completed by Brazil’s Diego de Jesus Mendes, who clocked 49 minutes and 0.16 seconds to take the bronze.
