The Bermuda Softball Association’s league season continued with Southampton Rangers and Home Nones recording victories.

Southampton Rangers Defeat Rainbows

Following a default in the opening match, the Southampton Rangers took to the field and secured a dominant 22-4 victory over the Rainbows.

Donte Brangman was a key contributor for the Southampton Rangers, going 2-for-5 with a double, a home run, and 5 RBIs. His teammate Jahmari Beach also had an outstanding offensive performance, going 4-for-4 with two doubles and 5 RBIs. Ashley Borges managed to contribute for the Rainbows, going 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs.

Home None Edge Out Angels

The nightcap provided a closer and even higher-scoring contest, with Home None narrowly defeating the Angels 25-24.

Troy Hall led the charge for Home None, going 3-for-5 with a double and two home runs. Keisha Eve provided significant offense for Home None, going 3-for-3 with two doubles and 5 RBIs. Dario Flood was a standout for the Angels, going 2-for-3 with two home runs and an impressive 6 RBIs. His teammate Lisa Brennan also contributed strongly, going 3-for-5 with 5 RBIs.

The night’s softball action showcased the powerful hitting and offensive capabilities of the teams, delivering a thrilling spectacle for the fans.
