LiveNet Bermuda and Western Stars Sports Club have teamed up to host a joint fundraising event on Saturday [May 24] to support the future of youth and community sports in Bermuda.
A spokesperson said, “LiveNet Bermuda and Western Stars Sports Club are excited to officially announce their joint fundraising event happening Saturday, May 24th, aimed at strengthening the future of youth and community sports in Bermuda.
“This dynamic community fundraiser will see teams from both organisations participating in a high-energy relay to raise funds and awareness for Western Stars’ programming—and we’re inviting Bermuda to cheer them on as they run for a cause.
What the Fundraiser Supports
“The funds raised from this campaign will directly benefit:
- Youth & Community Sports Development: Providing gear, coaching, and safe spaces for training.
- Facility Upgrades & Equipment: Investing in tools that enhance player experience and safety.
- Community Events & Game Nights: Increasing engagement and turnout for local matches.
