Khano Smith’s Rhode Island lost 1-0 at home to the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the United Soccer League Championship yesterday [May 24].
A former Bermuda captain, Smith made history in his first year as a head coach last term, leading Rhode Island to the Eastern Conference final in their inaugural season.
Rhode Island face Pittsburgh away in the USL Jägermeister Cup Group Stage on Saturday.
