Dage Minors Achieves 5K PB In Cardiff
Dage Minors achieved a personal best after finishing tenth in the Cardiff 5K – Race For Victory in Wales on Sunday [May 4].
Minors, competing for the Bristol West Athletics Club, completed the course in 14min 32ec.
The race was won by James Heneghan, representing Pontypridd Roadants Athletics Club, in 14:21.
“Trying to get comfortable on the roads and some longer distances this year,” Minors wrote on social media after his win.
Minors helped the Bristol West Athletics Club claim the English Road Running Association Road Relay Championship title last month.
The Bermudian was part of a 12-man team, which involved each runner completing a 5.08-kilometres lap in Sutton Park, Birmingham.
