Assured Declares $0.34 Quarterly Dividend
Assured Guaranty Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share, payable on September 3, to shareholders of record as of August 20.
A spokesperson said, “Assured Guaranty Ltd. today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 3, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2025.
