Apply For Conyers 2025 Gap Year Programme
Conyers is now accepting applications for its 2025 Gap Year Programme, with the paid internship giving recent high school and university undergraduates the chance to step into the professional world before continuing their studies.
A spokesperson said, “Starting this fall, the Gap Year Programme offers the opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience across the firm’s business services teams including compliance, trust services, corporate services, marketing, and finance.
“Participants will contribute meaningfully from day one, working on a variety of assignments that build skills and confidence, and will be supported by training and mentorship that offers insight into the firm’s operations.”
“The Gap Year Programme provides opportunities for students to explore a professional career path before continuing their education. Now in its fifth year, the Gap Year Programme has seen great success, with students enhancing their skill sets through practical, hands-on experience. Several participants have gone on to complete their degrees and join Conyers in full-time roles,” said Lisa Spencer-Arscott, Global Head of Human Resources.
“We aim for the students to build professional confidence, expand career perspectives, and be equipped with skills that will serve them in a field they choose to pursue.”
A spokesperson added, “The programme generally requires a 3-4 month commitment to a full time position, starting in October 2025. Upon joining, students receive a formal induction and benefit from a variety of informal learning, mentoring and professional development activities.
“Conyers invites applications from Bermudian students aged 18 or older who are enrolled in [or have deferred] an associate or undergraduate degree programme. Applicants should be enthusiastic, open-minded, and eager to learn through practical experience. Familiarity with a corporate office setting is advantageous, but not required.
