BPS Confirms Training Exercise At John Smith’s
The Bermuda Police Service [BPS] confirmed that rumours of police activity at John Smith’s Bay were false, explaining that student officers were there for a training exercise.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service [BPS] is aware of rumours surrounding police activity at John Smith’s Bay this afternoon [Thursday, 18th September 2025].
“However, the BPS can confirm that those rumours are unsubstantiated and that in fact, student officers on Recruit Foundation Course 85 were at John Smith’s Bay today conducting a training exercise.”
