Video: Ralph Scott Commits To Tennessee
Bermudian basketball prospect Ralph Scott will continue his career at the University of Tennessee.
The 17-year-old made his announcement on CBS Sports College Basketball from IMG Academy, choosing Tennessee over offers from Texas A&M University, the University of Houston and Purdue University.
“Thank you to my country, Bermuda, to the people for supporting me throughout all of this and believing in me” Scott said.
“It’s a great opportunity. Thanks to all of the coaches who took time to recruit me. I’m grateful for the opportunity – I can only choose one.”
The 6ft 8in small forward recently represented the IMG Academy Ascender at the inaugural NBA Academy Showcase in Abu Dhabi in a series of exhibition games.
Scott, who attends the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, is a former Warwick Academy student.
