Tucker & Barnett Split Matches At NORCECA
Bermuda’s beach volleyball team of Sean Tucker and Benjamin Barnett opened play in Pool B of the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour’s ninth stage with one win and one loss.
The pair started strong by defeating Rafael Alberto Vargas and Fernando Javier Ortiz of El Salvador in straight sets, 21-18, 21-12, in a 36-minute match.
Their second outing was more difficult, as they fell to Mexico’s Ines Antonio Vargas Lares and Carlos Andres Ayala Herrera, 21-12, 21-11, in just 25 minutes.
