Earn Discounts If You Live On ‘Spooky Streets’
From Pain Lane to Witchery Drive, BDA Community Pharmacy is adding a playful twist to Halloween this year with the launch of its ‘Spooky Streets’ campaign. The initiative celebrates Bermuda’s eeriest-sounding street names by rewarding their residents with exclusive in-store savings.
A spokesperson said, “Between now and 31st October, customers who can show proof of residence on one of the recognized ‘spooky streets’, including Sleepy Hollow Drive, Suffering Lane, Devil’s Hole Hill, Burnt House Drive and more, will receive a special 30% Halloween discount on their over-the-counter pharmacy purchases.”
“We wanted to do something unique that blends the fun aspects of Halloween with our ongoing commitment to the community’s health,” said Francesca Wyatt, marketing and community relations coordinator at BDA Community Pharmacy. “Many of Bermuda’s streets have wonderfully eerie names, and this felt like the perfect opportunity to turn them into something fun and rewarding for our customers.”
The spokesperson said, “The promotion is available to residents of the designated ‘spooky streets’, who must show valid proof of address at checkout to claim their discount. A full list of eligible streets will be available in-store and on BDA Community Pharmacy’s website.
“Adding to the festive spirit, the pharmacy will be decorated for Halloween throughout October, offering a seasonal experience for all Bermuda residents.”
“We hope this campaign brings a smile to the community, whether you live on a spooky street or not,” added Ms Wyatt. “It’s all about celebrating the season in a way that’s creative, light-hearted, and uniquely Bermudian.”
The spokesperson said, “The BDA Community Pharmacy is open to everyone, not just those with diabetes. The pharmacy is located at 22 Princess Street, City of Hamilton, and a full list of its participating spooky streets can be found here.”
