Charity Applications Open For 2026 End-To-End
Local charities are being invited to submit applications for funding from the 2026 Convex End-to-End, with the application deadline on October 30 at 5.00pm.
A spokesperson said, “Bermuda charities are invited to submit applications for funding from the 2026 Convex End-to-End. Applications must be submitted electronically by 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
“For 2026, the Convex End-to-End will once again allocate proceeds to four charitable programmes. This year’s event also introduces new $10,000 grant opportunities to make funding more accessible to smaller charities, helping sustain their important work even without a large-scale project in place.”
Theresa Hall, End-to-End Charity Liason, said, “We’re thrilled to open the 2026 grant window. Our online application through BermudaTix makes it simple for charities to apply, and the new $10,000 grants mean even more organisations can benefit from the End-to-End’s support.”
The spokesperson said, “The Bermuda End-to-End awards grants that fund non-sectarian Bermuda charitable programmes and projects that sustain and strengthen Bermudian families, the Bermuda Railway Trail, and the wider community.
“Grant details and process:
- Charities may apply for either a $10,000 or $50,000 allocation via bdatix.bm or bermudaendtoend.bm
- Final funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of Bermuda E2E, with successful applicants notified in December 2025.
- Funding will be distributed following the 2026 event and the E2E Awards Reception.
Board Chair, Christen Styche, said, “We’re always inspired by the incredible projects put forward by local charities. The Convex End-to-End continues to be a powerful way for our community to come together and support meaningful causes across Bermuda.
“We’re extremely grateful to Convex for returning as our title sponsor in 2026. Their continued support helps us host an outstanding event while ensuring local charities receive the funding they need to thrive.”
The spokesperson said, “The 2025 event provided funding to five deserving charities — Age Concern, Bermuda Audubon Society, Bermuda Red Cross, The Duke of Edinburgh International Award, Bermuda and The Reading Clinic. Additional funding was also awarded to St John’s Ambulance, Open Airways, the Horticultural Skills Programme, and Warwick Academy, the top fundraising school. Amber’s Wings received the $10,000 Anne Mello Award, which recognises a charity providing exceptional community support.
“The 39th annual Convex End-to-End will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, bringing together walkers, cyclists, and rowers for the traditional island-wide route from St. George’s to Dockyard.
