Sarah Blair Appointed As Head Of Employment
Conyers has appointed Sarah Blair as Head of Employment, further strengthening the firm’s Employment & Immigration practice.
A spokesperson said, “Sarah has been with Conyers for 6 years. She brings a wealth of experience in employment and regulatory law, dispute resolution and data protection. She regularly handles matters for clients before the Employment Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal and advises on a broad range of non-contentious matters including contracts, incentive and benefit plans, workplace investigations, policies and immigration issues.
“In the wake of Bermuda’s implementation of its privacy laws in January 2025, Sarah has made herself an expert on PIPA and also helped clients develop privacy programmes to meet their regulatory obligations.
“Sarah’s expertise spans multiple industries, including reinsurance, insolvency, hospitality, education, technology and healthcare. Her practice also supports clients through corporate restructuring and M&A transactions, with a focus on managing employment and regulatory considerations.”
