DeSilva-Andrade Reflects On Performances
Yushae DeSilva-Andrade has reflected on her performances at the World Boccia Americas Regional Championships in Cali, Colombia.
Competing in the BC1 women’s division, DeSilva-Andrade was defeated 5-2 by Andreza Oliveira, of Brazil, in her final game.
Omar Hayward also represented Bermuda at the competition in the BC1 men’s division.
“I still have one more tournament left in three weeks in Portugal before my competition year is done,” DeSilva-Andrade said.
“I will be putting in extra training time to help push my world ranking up and finish my season on a high note. Once again thank you for all your support.”
