Paget Seeks Proposals For Red Hole Dock
The Paget Parish Council has issued an Expression of Interest [EOI] seeking “proposals for the future lease and activation of Red Hole Dock, a historic waterfront site located in Paget.”
A spokesperson said, “The Council invites submissions from qualified individuals or organizations interested in leasing the site beginning Spring 2026. While a marine-related use is preferred, other compatible uses that provide clear community benefit and respect the dock’s heritage and surrounding environment will also be considered. The EOI closes on October 31, 2025.”

Now that the PLP has control of Ft Hamilton it can be run from there across the harbor to Paget.
The PLP Government does not have control of Paget (yet).
