St. George’s To Host Halloween Festivities
The historic Town of St. George’s is set to transform into a lively hub of Halloween celebrations from October 31st to November 2nd.
A spokesperson said, “The historic Town of St. George’s is set to host a spectacular weekend of Halloween festivities from October 31st to November 2nd, offering thrills, treats, theatrical and creative experiences for all ages. Join east end charities, local businesses and artists for a plethora of community-driven events unlike any Halloween weekend Bermuda’s ever seen. Whether bringing the whole family, looking to enjoy a one of a kind date night or flying solo, there’s something for everyone!
The Olde Town Trick & Treat – October 31st, 4pm-8:30pm
“Kicking off the weekend is the ultimate Hallow’s Eve experience. Set against the ideal backdrop of your screams in the historic town, this event features town-wide trick-or-treating, true tales of Haunted History, scavenger hunts, games, activities, captivating circus acts, and a thrilling fire show by Cirqle Circus Arts Collective.
“The event is allergy-safe, fun for all ages, and free for accompanying adults. The first hour [4pm-5pm] trick-or-treating is reserved for young children and special needs individuals only. Trick-or-treating for all ages runs from 5pm-8pm. Premium ticket holders will enjoy the best toys and candy, access to activities and crafts running from 5pm to 8pm and premium fire show views.
“A townwide ghost hunt will yield special prizes and there’s even a scavenger hunt optional add-on that will take you on a secret adventure to discover the true haunted histories of our town. All tickets come with a digital map of festivities. Alcohol will be sold separately at noted locations, and face painting is available for an additional charge. Frequency Kid’s Kitchen Series – Halloween Edition – November 1st, 3pm-5pm
“Join us for this exciting new series aimed at empowering kids to get creative with food. This Halloween Dessert Decorating Workshop at Frequency Cafe & Hub where kids aged 4+ [with an adult] will learn basic decorating tips and get to take home six fabulously frosted cupcakes is sure to be a fun activity with your little one.
