FC Bascome Under 15s Win Football Trophy
FC Bascome continued a successful weekend in Bermudian youth football as their Under-15 squad won the Leonard DeRosa Holder Final Trophy, defeating PHC Zebras 3-1 at the Devonshire Recreation Club. The victory followed the club’s Under-13 team capturing the Gregory Grimes Under-13 championship the previous day, giving the academy back-to-back finals wins.
FC Bascome’s goals came from Jéon Wolfe, who scored twice, and Cairo Burgess. PHC Zebras’ lone goal resulted from an own goal. Brayton Browne was named FC Bascome’s Most Valuable Player, while Evan Hayward earned MVP honours for PHC Zebras.
