Swimmer Elan Daley Sets Two Personal Bests
Elan Daley recorded two personal best times and a second-place finish during competition at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center in Tennessee.
The Bermudian swimmer claimed the runner-up spot in the women’s 100 yard freestyle A-final, touching the wall in 48.88 seconds. She had previously qualified for the final by clocking a personal best time of 48.81 seconds in the preliminaries, which ranked as the third-fastest time overall.
Daley also set a new personal best in the women’s 50 yard freestyle preliminaries, finishing in 22.52 seconds.
