Bermuda Set For 2026 Davis Cup Play-Off
Bermuda’s Davis Cup schedule for 2026 has been confirmed, with the national team set to compete in a World Group II Play-off tie on Friday, February 6, and Saturday, February 7, 2026.
The tie was originally scheduled to be played in Georgia but has been moved to Cyprus because of facility issues in the host country. Georgia will remain the official host nation. Matches will be played on hard courts at the Herodotou Tennis Academy in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Bermuda National Tennis Director and team captain Ricky Mallory Jr. is overseeing preparations as local players continue intensified training. Team selection remains open, with internal play-offs scheduled throughout December 2025. The deadline to submit Bermuda’s four-player squad is December 31, 2025, after which the Selection Committee will confirm the final team.
Two Bermuda players based overseas are continuing their preparations. Trey Mallory is training in Florida, while Daniel Phillips is in Louisiana, where he is training and competing with his university team.
