“This year’s campaign has raised $34,410 to date, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of individuals and corporate teams. Six individuals and four corporate teams, made up of one to four people, encouraged their family, friends, and colleagues to donate to their fundraising pages.

“Funds raised support local men’s health initiatives and the Centre’s Equal Access Fund, which provides financial subsidies for radiation therapy, ensuring that no one in Bermuda goes without treatment, regardless of cost or insurance status.

“To close out the campaign, a Finale Celebration was held at ModernGent, where participants gathered to mark the end of MOvember Bermuda, celebrate, and enjoy a complimentary clean shave. Awards were presented for standout moustache achievements to Bishop Nicholas Dill and Adam Smith, along with spirit awards to Luke Stirling and the Enstar Group. The top fundraising awards went to Matthew Amaral and Aspen Bermuda Limited. Donations remain welcome throughout the year on movember.bm to support ongoing men’s health initiatives.

“MOvember Bermuda 2025 was generously supported by community sponsors including Red Laser, Terceira’s Family of Service Stations, ModernGent, and MoonGate Brewing Co. Sponsors play a vital role in all of the Centre’s fundraising events. Their financial and in-kind support offsets event costs, ensuring that funds raised by participants go directly to men’s health initiatives and the Equal Access Fund, rather than toward hosting the celebration. Their commitment ensures every dollar raised has maximum impact for the men Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre serves.”

“MOvember Bermuda is about more than growing a moustache; it’s about starting conversations that can potentially save lives,” said Deborah Titterton Narraway, Chief Marketing & Fundraising Officer at Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre. “We are incredibly grateful to everyone who grew, showed up, sponsored, or donated. Your commitment ensures that men in Bermuda receive the care they need, when they need it.”

The spokesperson said, “Although this year’s MOvember Bermuda campaign has concluded, supporters can continue to contribute to men’s health and cancer care year-round by donating at cancer.bm. Continued support helps ensure men in Bermuda have access to prevention, early detection, and world-class cancer care.”
