The streets of Hamilton were lined with people on Sunday evening [Dec 7] as crowds came out to watch the always-popular annual MarketPlace Christmas Parade, which featured a wide array of groups, including festive floats, dance groups, the Gombeys, and even Santa Claus himself.
Seth Stutzman, President of The MarketPlace Group, previously said: “The MarketPlace Christmas Parade is our way of thanking our customers for their loyalty and support throughout the year. It is an important community event that brings families together and signals the beginning of Christmas in Bermuda. We are pleased to dedicate this year’s parade to Vernon’s memory.”
