Polaris Appoints Craig Bridgewater To Board
Polaris Holding Company Ltd. announced the appointment of Craig Bridgewater to its Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2025.
A spokesperson said, “Mr. Bridgewater brings several decades of local and international finance experience to the board, having served as a Partner at KPMG, and more recently, as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited.
“Chairwoman of Polaris, Ms. Cheryl Hayward-Chew, said the appointment forms part of the company’s succession planning initiative and expressed her pleasure in welcoming Mr. Bridgewater to the board.
“Ms. Hayward-Chew thanked outgoing Director, Mr. Paul Hubbard for his commitment and service to the company during his ten years on the Board. She noted that Mr. Hubbard had been an engaged and dedicated director throughout his tenure and expressed appreciation for the support he is providing during the transition process.”
