BFA Pays Tribute To Danvers Seymour Sr.
The Bermuda Football Association paid tribute to the late Danvers Seymour Sr.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Football Association [BFA] wishes to express its deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the families and friends on the recent passing of Danvers Seymour Sr.
“He is a true icon of our sport. He was deservingly recognized as a BFA Legend in 2020. His profound passion and unwavering dedication left an enduring legacy that touched many lives within our football community. He has been described as a fierce competitor both as coach and player. He was a member of the 1978 bronze medal team at the CAC Games in Columbia.
“As a symbol of our deepest respect and in honor of his indelible contributions to Bermudian football, the Bermuda Football Association will be changing its official logo to black across all social media platforms until he is laid to rest.”
