Camerin Pickering Impresses in Lancaster
Archer Camerin Pickering has made a promising start to the Lancaster Archery Classic at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex.
Pickering was among the first round of archers to compete at the 700,000-square-foot facility in Pennsylvania.
After 60 arrows at the indoor distance of 18 metres, he posted a total of 588 out of 660.
It leaves him in fifth position.
He must stay in the top 32 to claim a place in the elimination matches for tomorrow [January 23].
The qualification finishes today as the final groups finish their rounds.
