Jamin Hodgkins Named In Pride Squad

Bermudian rugby union player Jamin Hodgkins has been named in the Pacific Pride Academy squad for the second half of the season.

The Academy aims to develop young Canada players and prepare them for professional careers at a high level.

They compete in the British Columbia Men’s Premier League, a provincial competition featuring 12 clubs from British Columbia and one from Washington state.

The Pride are at home to the Privateers on February 14.

Hodgkins, who is eligible for Canada, has previously played for Luctonians First XV in the National 2 West – the fourth level of the English rugby union pyramid.

The fly-half or fullback has also represented Bridgend in the Welsh Indigo Premiership last term.

He is a former Bermuda Under-19 international and Warwick Academy student.
