The Adult Education School [AES], supported by HSBC Bermuda, will host a free financial literacy workshop on banking basics this evening [March 25] at 6.00pm.

A spokesperson said, “The Adult Education School, with the support of HSBC Bermuda, invites the public to its free financial literacy workshop focused on banking basics, taking place on Wednesday, 25 March at 6:00pm.

“Hosted at Vision Bermuda’s Beacon House [across from the Leopard’s Club], this session is part of AES’s ongoing financial literacy series, which has been opened to the wider community to build essential, real-world money management skills.

“Participants will gain practical knowledge to help them bank smart, including how to choose the right bank account, understand credit and loans, and navigate mortgage basics. A key highlight of the session is fraud and scam protection, equipping attendees with tools to better safeguard their finances in an increasingly complex financial environment.

“AES, dedicated to expanding access to education and life skills since 1958, launched the free financial literacy programme fully funded by HSBC Bermuda to empower individuals and strengthen financial confidence across Bermuda.

“The workshop is free and open to the public, with limited space still available. Registration is encouraged via ptix.bm, though walk-ins are welcome.
