Ross Rufiange scored the opening goal for Positive Image Dental in the first period, and Jake Fenske equalized for Spine & Sport before Jordan Gunter restored the lead before the end of the period.
Rufiange added his second goal of the game, and Louis Sujir scored in the second period to extend the lead to 4-1.
In the third period, Ryan Bates scored for Spine & Sport, followed by goals from Christopher Merritt and Mathieu Desjardins to tie the game at 4-4.
Fenske then scored two additional goals late in the period to complete a hat-trick and secure the win.
