Teresa Burrows Retains WCCA Presidency
The Western Counties Cricket Association presidency was decided by a 5-4 vote in favor of incumbent Teresa Burrows over challenger Darren Burchall.
The election, held at Warwick Workmen’s Club, initially resulted in a tie during the Annual General Meeting, and a second vote was required to break the deadlock, with clubs ultimately voting to retain Burrows, who has held the position since 2019.
The result comes as the association prepares for the 2026 season.
