Traffic Notice For Sir Stanley Burgess 5K Race
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment has issued a traffic notice for the Sir Stanley Burgess 5K Race, scheduled for Sunday [May 3].
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises the public that the “Sir” Stanley Burgess 5K Race will take place on Sunday, 3 May 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
“The race will commence and finish near the Clyde Best Centre of Excellence parking lot on Cedar Bridge Lane, Devonshire. Motorists should expect traffic controls along the route, including areas around Frog Lane, Old Military Road, Parsons Lane, Palmetto Road, and Marsh Folly Road.
“Race Marshals will be in place to assist with traffic control, and motorists are urged to use caution and follow their instructions during the event. There will be no road closures for this race.”
