TROIKA’s Young Choreographers Showcase
TROIKA Bermuda will stage its 2026 Young Choreographers Showcase from April 30 to May 2, highlighting emerging dance talent.
A spokesperson said, “TROIKA Bermuda is proud to present the 2026 edition of its Young Choreographers Showcase [FYE], entitled ROOTED… From the Ground Up, a dynamic dance production highlighting the creativity, growth, and talent of Bermuda’s emerging performers and choreographers.
“Taking place at the Earl Cameron Theatre, the showcase will run from April 30th to May 2nd, 2026, with performances beginning at 7:30 PM each evening.
“FYE is one of TROIKA Bermuda’s flagship youth development initiatives, providing young dancers with the opportunity to collaborate with emerging and established choreographers in a professional, supportive environment. The program emphasizes artistic expression, leadership, and the development of original work, while fostering confidence and discipline among participants.
“This year’s theme, ROOTED… From the Ground Up, explores the foundations that shape us, identity, heritage, and personal growth, brought to life through movement, storytelling, and innovative choreography. Audiences can expect an engaging and visually compelling showcase featuring a range of styles and original pieces developed by Bermuda’s next generation of creatives.
