Video: Montgomery Scores For Belleville
Blake Montgomery scored on his debut for the Belleville Senators against the Syracuse Crunch in their final home game of the American Hockey League season yesterday [April 17].
The Bermudian forward, who joined Belleville on an amateur tryout agreement after signing a three-year entry-level contract with the Ottawa Senators, found the net in the final period to make it 2–0.
Montgomery has previously played in the Ontario Hockey League, where he helped the London Knights win the Memorial Cup.
He was selected by Ottawa in the fourth round, 117th overall, in the 2024 NHL Draft.
This season he played for the Wisconsin Badgers in the NCAA Division I Championship.
