Kiwon Waldron Competes At Hoosier Park
Bermudian harness pony racing driver Kiwon Waldron competed at Harrah’s Hoosier Park this week, taking part in a four-race card across both trotting and pacing divisions.
In the opening race, a trotting event, Waldron drove Gumcorner Flossy and finished fourth in 2:03.4 after staying along the rail throughout the mile.
He returned in the sixth race in the pacing division with Firing Onall Fours, again placing fourth, recording a time of 1:58.4 while remaining competitive through the mile.
In the seventh race, another pacing event, Waldron drove Sweet Pink and finished ninth in 2:02.4 after the horse faded in the final stretch.
His final drive came in the ninth race trotting class with Surf Scoter, where he finished sixth in 1:57.3, his fastest time of the meeting.
