Football: Nia Christopher Scores In Iceland
Bermudian footballer Nia Christopher scored a goal to help FH Hafnarfjörður Women secure a 2-1 win over Grindavik/Njardvik in the Icelandic top-flight league.
Christopher opened the scoring in the eighth minute of play, Grindavik/Njardvik equalized in the 41st minute when Danai Kaldaridou scored, and Ingibjorg Magnusdottir scored to restore the lead to FH Hafnarfjörður, who held on to claim the 2-1 victory.
