Police Confirm: Gunshots In Pembroke
The police confirm that a firearm was discharged this evening [May 21] in Pembroke, and said that “at this time, no injuries have been reported.”
A police spokesperson said, “Shortly after 10:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, police were dispatched to Berkeley Road, Pembroke, following reports of suspected gunshots.
“Officers arrived on scene shortly afterward and found evidence that a firearm had been discharged. At this time, no injuries have been reported. A section of Berkeley Road remains closed while officers conduct forensic processing of the scene.
“Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police on 211 as soon as possible.”
