Basketball Teams Conclude Portugal Tournament
The Bermuda Under-19 and Under-17 National teams concluded their campaigns at the Portugal Basketball Festival in Lisbon.
The Bermuda Under-19 team finished the tournament in third place after a 52-32 victory over local club CAB Madeira in the bronze-medal match. The win gave the Under-19 squad a 3-1 record for the tournament.
The Bermuda Under-17 national team ended its official tournament play with a 2-3 record following a loss to a SAWUSA select team. When including pre-tournament warm-up fixtures, the Under-17 team finished its European tour with a 4-3 overall record.
