BPS Officers Attend RBR Training Camp
The Bermuda Police Service said they “welcomed the opportunity for a number of our Public Order Commanders to attend the Royal Bermuda Regiment’s annual overseas training camp at Lydd Camp, Kent, United Kingdom.
The BPS said, “The visit provided a valuable opportunity to observe public order training, strengthen inter-agency cooperation, and support continued joint preparedness between the Bermuda Police Service and the Royal Bermuda Regiment. It was also a privilege for the BPS contingent to be present during the visit of Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Gloucester, Colonel-in-Chief of the Royal Bermuda Regiment, who attended the training alongside His Excellency the Governor, Mr. Andrew Murdoch.”
