Erica Hawley Finishes 20th In Mexico Triathlon
Bermudian triathlete Erica Hawley finished 20th at the 2026 World Triathlon Cup Huatulco in Mexico, completing the sprint-distance event in 1:01:16.
Hawley competed in a field of 46 athletes in the elite women’s race, which featured a 750-metre swim, 20-kilometre bike and 5-kilometre run.
Mexico’s Ana Maria Valentina Torres Gomez won the gold medal in 1:00:07, with Hawley finishing one minute and nine seconds behind the race winner.
