Bermuda’s men’s team missed out on qualifying for the Lima 2027 Pan American Games by one place at the Pan American Archery Championships in Tlaxcala, Mexico.

The four-man squad comprised Camerin Pickering, Jaydon Roberts, Bernard Wade and Robert O’Connor, with Ross and Trina Roberts serving as coaches.

Competing in the men’s recurve event, Bermuda finished ninth overall.

The championships were the region’s main qualification event for the Pan American Games, with places available in both the recurve and compound divisions.

Bermuda have two more opportunities to secure a team sport at the Pan American Games.
