A filing with the BSX stated, “LOM Financial Limited [the Company] announces that pursuant to Regulation 6.14[2][i] of the BSX Listing Regulations, that on 11th of June 2026, the Company purchased 5,000 shares of its own stock at $8.15 per share. This purchase price was a higher price than the previous trade on 4th March 2026, which was at $8.00.
“The Company has advised that there is no pending announcement to be made.”
