Miles Outerbridge Finishes 5th In 200M Final
Bermudian sprinter Miles Outerbridge placed fifth in the Championship Boys’ 200-meter final at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.
Outerbridge, who attends Montverde Academy in Florioda, advanced to the final after winning the fifth heat in the opening round with a time of 21.04 seconds, making him the third-fastest qualifier.
In the final, Outerbridge recorded a time of 21.09 seconds to finish fifth. The result concluded competition at the event for Outerbridge, who also finished 11th overall in the 100-meter event.
