PHC Lady Zebras Receive League Cup
PHC Lady Zebras were presented with the Bermuda Football Association’s Women’s Division League Cup during a ceremony at the Clyde Best Center of Excellence.
Speaking at the presentation, PHC Lady Zebras Captain Sideya Dill said, “Although it was a short season, we had a really good season.
“It was a good group of girls. We have the same sort of team from last year, with a few additions, it was really good to see us all come together to play. I feel like this season, we had the most fun, which is also good and I think contributed to our success.
“We’re really excited to win our first league trophy,” she added.
PHC Lady Zebras Coach Jamal Anderson said, “I thought the ladies did excellent from the beginning of the season, they came with attitude and determination.
“So, it goes to show hard work pays off, and nothing is ever given, it’s earned.
“They earned this title, and they should make sure they celebrate. Congrats, Champions!”
