Premier Honours Dr. McPhee’s 100th Birthday
Premier David Burt extended birthday wishes to Dr. Bert McPhee, recognizing the his contributions as he celebrated his 100th birthday.
Premier David Burt posted the photos below on X, stating, “Over the weekend, we marked the 100th birthday of Dr. George McPhee. As Premier, and as a fellow Brother of Alpha Phi Alpha, I honour Dr. McPhee as a torchbearer for Bermuda and beyond.
“Deputy Premier Zane DeSilva and Minister Diallo Rabain attended in my stead to mark the occasion, as I was off island with my family.
“Brother, Dr. Bert McPhee, on behalf of the Government of Bermuda, I hope that you had a very happy 100th birthday.”
