Govt Issue RFP For Southlands Seawall
The Government has issued a Request for Proposals seeking a “qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the excavation and stabilization of a vulnerable cliff face” in an area on the South Shore in Warwick.
The website page said, “This Request for Proposals [the “RFP”] is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Southlands Seawall as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars.
“The Government is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the excavation and stabilization of a vulnerable cliff face, followed by the construction of a concrete seawall, positioned at the base of the cliff, to provide coastal protection.”
