Women’s Football: Bermuda Defeat Belize 4-0
The Bermuda women’s national football team produced an impressive performance on home soil, defeating Belize 4-0 in an international friendly at the Flora Duffy South Field last night.
Keunna Dill scored twice in the first half, to give Bermuda the 2-0 lead. Kenni Thompson then scored a third goal for Bermuda, and Evans Welch then added another goal for Bermuda to make the final score 4-0.
The match was the first of two international friendlies between Bermuda and Belize scheduled for this month, with the teams due to meet again on Sunday, June 7th.
