Five Students Receive 2026 Conyer Awards
Conyers awarded its 2026 Legal Education Awards to Amaya Foy, Nadhiri Simons Worrell, Callahj Simons, Charlotte Peckett and Sage Jackson to support their legal studies and future careers in the legal profession.
A spokesperson said, “Conyers is pleased to announce the recipients of its 2026 Legal Education Awards, recognising five outstanding Bermudian students who have demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to pursuing a career in law.
“This year, the firm has awarded funding through its annual scholarship programme to support its recipients as they continue their legal studies. The awards reflect Conyers’ longstanding commitment to investing in Bermuda’s future legal professionals and helping talented students pursue their legal education.
2026 Legal Education Award recipients
“Amaya Foy is entering the final year of her LL.B [Hons] at the University of Leeds in the fall.
“Nadhiri Simons Worrell completed a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Leicester and will begin the Common Law [Graduate Entry] LL.B at the University of Glasgow in September.
“Callahj Simons is a recent dual enrolment graduate of Berkeley Institute and Bermuda College. She will start the LL.B in Law with Business programme at the University of Essex in the fall.
“Charlotte Peckett is a recent Gap Year Student, having completed her placement with Conyers Corporate Services. She completed a BSc [Hons] in Biology from Newcastle University and will begin the two year MA Law programme at the University of Bristol.
“Sage Jackson is entering the second year of the Juris Doctor law programme at Toronto Metropolitan University Lincoln Alexander School of Law this fall.”
